By using Taladth ("the site"), operated by KinQR, you agree to the following terms. This is written to plainly reflect how the site actually works, not generic boilerplate — but it is not a substitute for legal advice, and we'd recommend independent legal review before relying on it for any formal purpose.
What Taladth Is
Taladth is an informational directory of Thailand's night markets. Core details (hours, locations, categories) are researched directly. Ratings, reviews, photos, crowd levels, check-ins, and events are contributed by visitors and are clearly presented as such — Taladth doesn't independently verify every visitor submission before it appears.
No Warranty on Accuracy
Market hours, crowd levels, opening status, directions, and similar details can change without notice and may be out of date or incorrect at any given time — some of this information is crowd-sourced from visitors, and some markets simply haven't been re-verified recently. Always treat information here as a starting point, not a guarantee, and confirm anything time-sensitive (hours, whether a market is open at all) through another source before making firm plans.
Your Contributions
You're responsible for anything you submit — reviews, photos, crowd reports, event listings. Don't submit anything illegal, anything you don't have the rights to (e.g. a photo you didn't take), or anything abusive, defamatory, or deliberately false. Any visitor can report a photo, which hides it from public view immediately pending our review — we may remove any contribution at our discretion, with or without a report. You keep ownership of what you submit, but by submitting it you grant Taladth a license to display it on the site (and its social previews/share images) for as long as it remains posted.

Market pages may link to external websites, social media pages, or mapping services we don't control and aren't responsible for.
Limitation of Liability
Taladth is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KinQR isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on information found on it, including outdated or inaccurate market details.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves — the effective date above reflects the latest version.
